Delivery & Collection Options

Waltons @Speed is our same-day delivery service.

• Delivery can take as little as 2 hours, subject to the availability of a delivery slot.
• Available only if your delivery address qualifies.
• All items must be in stock at your nearest retail store.

Please note: This service is only available in select areas and may not be offered in outlying areas.

Contactless delivery through our courier partner within 2 to 5 working days.

• A delivery charge will apply and is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may be longer for addresses located outside major metropolitan areas.

Collect your order from one of our retail stores, selected during checkout, within 2 to 5 working days.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection at your selected store.
• Orders are processed at our distribution centre and shipped to your chosen store.
• No delivery charge applies.

If your child’s school has partnered with Bidvest Waltons and opted for a school handout, this option will be available at checkout.

• The handout date will be displayed when this option is selected.
• This option is not available when ordering for children at multiple schools, even if both schools offer handouts.
• The school handout option will be removed seven working days before the scheduled handout to allow for processing and collation.

No delivery charge applies to school handouts.

Selected office furniture items may incur a delivery surcharge due to their size or weight.

• The surcharge will be clearly displayed on the product page.
• It will be added to your cart total at checkout.
